Why cones?!
The shape of a cone makes it very simple to place it on any flat surface and light. The cone is able to stand independently and doesn’t require a holder of any sort. Most importantly, the ash collected does not fall anywhere, but collects where the cone is placed only, and is very easy to collect and clean. The conical shape allows the cone to burn slowly and evenly, leaving your room full of aroma.
What do I do with the ash?
The ash collected can be simply put on the soil of any of your home plants. Being made from dung, it will act as a fertilizer- little by little everyday, your plants will also nourish.
How long does the cone last?
Your scented cone lasts about 30-35 mins.
How do I use the cones?
Light the tip of the cone until it flames. Once you see a red ring of fire at the tip, carefully blow out the flame. Place it on the terracotta stand provided.
How many cones are there in a pack?
There are 30 cones in a pack.
What if I don’t have the Beyond Milk stand?
You can use literally any flat surface (non-flammable of course) to place your cone.
Why does my cone take time to burn?
The cones are made using only natural unadulterated ingredients, thereby it takes a little longer to light. Watch closely as you’ll notice white smoke coming from the cone and start feeling it in the air around you.
How can I reuse my tin box?
You can use the tin box however you like- in your kitchen or your study table- send us innovative ideas to share with others and in return we’ll surprise you with a special discount code.
What if I want to return the empty tin box back?
We are working on a model where you can send your empty tin boxes back to us and get exciting offers. And we totally understand if you don’t want to store multiple tin boxes (no hard feelings :p), so we’re starting subscription plans where we can send refill packs without the tin boxes to you.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We encourage up-cycling. We urge you to subscribe with us and get monthly refills in a cloth bag made from garment waste, and to keep reusing your tin box. Alternatively, your tin box will make a good pen stand on your study table, or can store the spice of your choice in your kitchen.
How long does it take for the product to reach me?
We ship from Mumbai. It can take between 3-5 days to reach you.
What if I receive a damaged product?
That’s unfortunate and we apologize for it. Please share a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving. We shall process and send you a new pack immediately once the same has been verified.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from the "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of our website. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What is the return policy?
We consider your return request only if the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective. You can raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving it. Reach out to us on connect@beyondmilk.co.in.
